About GulfCalc

GulfCalc is a free suite of compliance calculators built for the Gulf region. We help employees check what they are entitled to, give HR teams a quick second opinion on payroll figures, and let business owners model labour costs and indirect tax in seconds — without signing up, paying, or sharing data with anyone.

Our tools are designed for everyone working under GCC labour and tax frameworks: salaried employees verifying an end-of-service settlement, recruiters comparing offers, finance teams budgeting for new hires, freelancers reconciling invoices, and small-business owners estimating VAT on a sale. The interface is deliberately plain so that anyone — not just specialists — can use it.

Every calculator follows the official source rules. Our UAE end-of-service gratuity tool implements Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (Article 51), including the 21-day and 30-day accrual rates, the unlimited-contract resignation reductions, and the two-year statutory cap. The Saudi GOSI calculator uses the published GOSI rates for Annuities, Occupational Hazards and SANED, the SAR 45,000 monthly contribution ceiling, and the distinct treatment of Saudi nationals and expatriate workers. The UAE VAT calculator applies the Federal Tax Authority's 5% standard rate for both add-VAT and reverse (remove-VAT) calculations.

Privacy is the default. All calculations run inside your browser; nothing is sent to a server, no inputs are stored, no cookies are set, and no signup is ever required. The only thing we keep on your device is your language preference (English or Arabic).

Results are estimates intended to inform conversations and personal planning. They are not legal, tax, or HR advice. For binding figures — final settlements, payroll filings, tax returns — please consult a qualified HR professional, certified tax advisor, or the relevant ministry directly.

GulfCalc is available in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support so it is comfortable to use across the GCC.
